Operating every Sunday from May to September for walkers and cyclists, now also including a local guide
With nine stops and capacity for up to 15 passengers travelling both clockwise and anti-clockwise twice a day
Inner Forth Bike Bus is a free Sunday minibus service for walkers and cyclists, operating in a hop-on, hop-off style between May and September 2026.

The service uses two 16-seat minibuses—each with a trailer for bikes—running on a loop with eight stops around the Inner Forth. To improve flexibility and reduce waiting times, one bus travels clockwise while the other travels anticlockwise around the route.

This year, we are also enhancing the passenger experience by introducing a Tour Guide on each bus. Tour Guides will provide information about local attractions, heritage, and walking and cycling opportunities along the route, helping passengers discover new places, plan their journeys, and make the most of their visit to the Inner Forth area.
